Summary
I’m an Online Business Manager, Strategic Operations Partner, Project Manager, WordPress Specialist, and Digital Systems Organizer with more than 20 years of experience helping entrepreneurs turn ideas into organized systems, websites, programs, and repeatable workflows.
I combine strategic thinking with hands-on implementation across project management, online course development, website systems, CRM and email platforms, launches, client operations, team coordination, technology troubleshooting, documentation, and digital organization.
I’m especially good at learning how a business works, seeing several steps ahead, identifying what is missing or creating friction, and turning scattered ideas into clear next steps. I can manage the details, but I’m rarely looking at only the task in front of me. I’m also thinking about how the pieces connect, what could become a problem later, and whether there is a simpler way to accomplish the goal.
Professional Experience
Project Manager | 2020 Creative
November 2023 to Present
I provide project-management support for a website and graphic design agency serving more than 100 client relationships.
My work includes translating client and owner requests into organized tasks, priorities, assignments, follow-ups, and next steps for designers, developers, clients, and referral partners. I also review websites, content, links, and workflows to identify problems, clarify scope, document processes, and surface decisions before projects stall.
Founder and Digital Systems Consultant | Profoundly Purple
January 2005 to Present
Through Profoundly Purple, I have served more than 340 entrepreneurial and small-business clients across more than 30 states and five countries.
I have designed and deployed more than 360 websites and managed portfolios of more than 90 websites at one time. My work spans WordPress, hosting, domain names, email, forms, scheduling, payment systems, online courses, CRM platforms, email marketing, webinars, content management, website maintenance, branding, graphic design, and technical troubleshooting.
I help clients evaluate platforms and workflows, choose practical solutions, understand technical decisions, and build systems that are organized enough to maintain after the initial project is finished.
Claims Analyst | Remedy Staffing, Contracted to Mutual of Omaha
June 2023 to October 2023
I reviewed and verified information from more than 16,500 scanned Medicare Supplement claims using specialized analytical software. I also identified training and process-improvement opportunities while working within a fully remote team.
Online Business Manager and Program Architect | Master Your Human Design
January 2015 to June 2017
I supported the founder of a coaching and education business through executive email management, client and vendor communication, market research, reporting, CRM implementation, email marketing, branding, websites, and online-program development.
I helped transform the founder of a coaching and education business into a structured, scalable online education business. After completing Bill Baren’s Premium Packages Success System, I applied the framework to develop the offer structure, pricing, payment plans, delivery model, upgrade options, affiliate structure, and financial projections for a 28-week premium program.
I built and maintained the LearnDash learning-management system, organized the curriculum and module-release schedule, coordinated webinars and supporting materials, and helped manage the community experience across five Facebook groups. I also implemented the CRM, email-marketing, payment, membership, and program-delivery systems.
To manage the business side of the program, I created a detailed multi-tab Google Sheets system that tracked enrollments, participant progress, consultations, email-campaign performance, sales, processing fees, expenses, profitability, affiliate commissions, and partner payouts. The reporting was spreadsheet-based rather than built in a dedicated dashboard platform, but it brought operational, marketing, and financial information together to support decisions.
For the long-form sales page, I outlined the sales strategy, determined what each section needed to accomplish, and gave the founder specific copy assignments. We developed the content collaboratively, and I handled the visual design and full WordPress build, including the graphics, navigation, curriculum presentation, testimonials, pricing, upgrade options, guarantee, calls to action, FAQs, and enrollment flow.

My Office
I’ve put a lot of thought into creating a home office that helps me work efficiently and stay organized. My primary workspace includes three large monitors, a fast computer, and an ergonomic setup designed around how I actually work.
The additional screen space allows me to keep project-management systems, client communications, websites, files, research, and testing environments visible at the same time. This is especially useful when I’m coordinating projects, comparing website content, troubleshooting technical issues, or working across multiple client systems.
I also have a four-screen mobile workspace that gives me much of the same flexibility when I’m working away from my primary office or assisting someone in person.
Just like the systems I create for my clients, both workspaces are intentionally designed to make technology work better for me.

My Professional Values and
How I Work
My values are not simply words on a page. They guide how I make decisions, manage responsibilities, solve problems, and work with clients and collaborators, especially when the work becomes complex.
Tier 1: The Foundation
- Integrity and Ethical Marketing: Communicating honestly, representing situations accurately, and doing what is right even when it is inconvenient. I do not believe in high-pressure, manipulative, or manufactured-scarcity marketing. I will recommend what I genuinely believe a client needs, and I will also say when they do not need something or when a simpler solution would serve them better.
- Confidentiality and Trust: Handling private information, business systems, sensitive conversations, and client access with care and discretion.
- Clear and Direct Communication: I work best when expectations, priorities, feedback, and changes are stated plainly. As an AuDHD professional, I prefer not to rely on innuendo, indirect cues, or assumptions about what is commonly understood. Clear communication helps me act faster, make better decisions, and avoid preventable misunderstandings.
- Autonomy and Initiative: Working independently, making sound decisions, and taking appropriate action while respecting the client’s authority and vision.
- Order: Creating organized systems, clear responsibilities, accessible information, and thoughtful structure.
Tier 2: How I Approach the Work
- Ownership and Follow-Through: Caring about the outcome, not merely completing an assigned task. This includes honoring commitments, anticipating needs, and bringing problems forward before they grow.
- Rationality and Clear Thinking: Evaluating facts, context, risks, and consequences instead of reacting solely to urgency or emotion.
- Efficiency: Simplifying processes, reducing unnecessary work, and using technology thoughtfully without adding complexity for its own sake.
- Excellence: Producing careful, reliable work while recognizing when something needs to be exceptional and when it simply needs to be completed well.
- Accountability with Understanding: My energy and capacity can fluctuate, so I use clear priorities, documentation, and organized systems to support consistent follow-through. If something is missed, I take responsibility, communicate directly, and work to correct both the immediate issue and the system behind it. I value working relationships where concerns can be addressed clearly, with room for context, repair, and improvement.
Tier 3: Growth and Collaboration
- Growth and Challenge: Continuing to learn, strengthen my skills, and address difficult problems rather than avoiding them.
- Service: Using my experience and abilities to help clients, collaborators, and the people their businesses serve succeed.
- Reliability: Communicating consistently, honoring commitments, and making progress and potential obstacles visible.
- Flexibility and Creativity: Adapting when circumstances change and finding practical solutions without sacrificing important standards.
